Please pray for our Confirmation Candidates
Noah Roberts
Dear ICC Community,

My name is Noah Roberts, I am 16 years old, a junior at James Cambell High School and I am currently on a faith journey to be a confirmed Catholic. Throughout my life I have been apart of the Catholic faith. I was baptised at Holy Family Catholic Church, attended Holy Family Catholic Academy throughout preschool & kindergarten and have taken CCD classes here at ICC since the 3rd grade. Currently, I am apart of the CFC Youths for Christ ministry and on my way to receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation. I hope to get confirmed in order to strengthen my connection with God, continue the faith I have been so raised upon and to truly affirm myself in our Catholic faith and the Church of our Lord. I humbly ask that you keep me and the rest of the 2017 Confirmation Candidates in your prayers as we continue on our faith journey. God Bless!

I want to be confirmed because I want to be closer to God and learn more about HIM. Kathyana Cabalar
Dear Community,

Hello, I am Kathana Cabalar, one of the active youths in the chruch. I am currently 16 years old and going to be confirmed as a Catholic in a few months. When I started out in the church, I saw Confirmation as an obligation put on me by my parents. But since I went to my first youth retreat, I decided that the acceptance of God is planned for me and the steps to continue my faith journey is my choice. I've only been active in the church for a little over a year and its been an exciting journey. Attending youth music ministry to completing service hours and attending mass every Sunday, I have grown amazingly from where I first started out. Getting confirmed is just another milestone to what else God has in store for me. I want to be confirmed for the sole purpose of me accepting God's plan for myself. Because a lot of my religious life was chosen for me by my parents, being Confirmed shows my control of my relationship with God and bond between us. I want to be confirmed because I know God has so much more in store for me and I trust Him enough to guide be to Heaven. I ask for all your prayers from the church to stay with me on my path to Confirmation. Thank you and God bless!
